A great opportunity for a QC Supervisor to join our client at their expanding facilities. You will be responsible for conducting in-house health services.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Control department by performing QC task to ensure that departmental processes are followed and systems are maintained in compliance with regulatory (GDP & GMP) and customer expectations.
  • Support Quality Management with QC related tasks, including inspection and release of incoming goods/materials, returns, recalls, temperature monitoring, in-process control (Assembly operations) as well as other QC activities highlighted by the Quality Management team to ensure full compliance with GMP and/or GDP, and client’s requirements.
  • The QC Supervisor is expected to support the Quality Management team with ensuring full compliance with relevant GMP/GDP regulations and client’s requirements.
  • Ensure Internal QMS requirements are met within the QC department, such as internal audits, SOPs up to date and timely CAPA closure.
  • Physically inspect batches of incoming goods and materials (including returns and recalls) associated samples and/or thermo loggers for client’s products.

Minimum training required for the Role:

  • Advanced GMP and GDP.
  • At least 4 years experience in a quality related role.
  • Pharmaceutical Packaging and GMP.
  • Internal Auditing.
  • Failure Investigation and CAPA.
  • Good Documentation Practice

The QC Supervisor role has direct responsibilities for managing and developing QC Junior and Senior Technicians; and it is expected to support promoting a culture of quality within the QC and Operational teams at the Supply Chain. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification along with experience working in a environment to GMP standards.
