Our Client is a specialist engineering company specialising the development and production of a range of custom systems. Due to expansion they are due to open new purpose built facilities this summer.  

We are seeking an experienced shop foreman  for a dynamic manufacturing operation to ensure that targets are achieved. You will have experience working on lathes, mills and grinders, with exposure to a range of manual and semi-CNC machines.

The successful candidate will be able to manufacture components from drawings and identify the best method for production. You will have responsibility for ensuring success in terms of both quality and efficiency.

The role holder will be responsible for a small team of highly skilled individuals.
